Timeline and guidelines for MSS 2025 abstract submission
Deadline of abstract submission - 30th April 2025
Approval / rejection of abstract - 1st to 15th May 2025
Deadline for submission of completed work - 1st June 2025
Guidelines
- Only registered delegates can send the abstracts. Poster and Paper should not be the same.
- Topic must be related to musculoskeletal radiology (diagnostic / intervention)
- Abstract review process: All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the scientific committee and will be judged on scientific, research and/or clinical value, originality of work and its potential impact. The decision (acceptance /rejection) by the scientific committee is final. No appeal will be entertained.
- Format of submission through online dashboard only.

Abstract for Oral paper
- Word limit - 300 (excluding authors name and affiliations)
- Font - Times new roman / Arial / Calibri / Verdana
- Font size - 12
- Headings - Title; Aims & objectives; Materials & Methods; Results; Conclusion;

- Word limit - 250 (excluding authors name and affiliations)
- Font - Times new roman / Ariel / Calibri / Verdana
- Font size - 12
- Headings - Title; Learning objectives; Findings; Conclusion;
Guidelines for completed work
- Oral paper
- Format - Powerpoint presentation
- Size of file - Not exceeding 25MB
- Number of slides (including title, authors name and references) - 18
- Duration of paper presentation (if selected for podium presentation) - 6minutes(presentation) + 2minutes (for Q&A)
- Date for uploading final work - TBA

- Number of slides (including title, authors name and references) - 15

- If selected delegates may have to give a short presentation about their work.
